Return Policy
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy
We take every precaution to pack and protect your order, but if your produce arrives damaged, spoiled or compromised:

  • Contact us with 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item(s).
  • We will review your claim and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

For a refund, we will notify you once weve received your claim and reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
